Full cashflow and budgeting services for construction company. I had full bank access to all of their bank accounts. Determined their goals, and then used a spreadsheet to determine weekly cash inflows and outflows and cash available. Made bank transfers to their different accounts (6 bank accounts) in order to put funds in their associated “buckets” based on their company goals. These cash transfers included bank holding accounts for things such as: upcoming estimated taxes due, operating cash, upcoming AP vendor payments due, savings, CapEx investements, etc.
